ASC Industries Increases Private Financing to $805,000

ASC Industries has disclosed that further to the company's news release in Stockwatch on March 3, 2004, the non-brokered private placement at a price of 35 cents per unit has been increased from up to two million units to a total of 2.3 million units to raise a gross proceeds of $805,000. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for working capital and for new acquisitions.
