ASC Industries' To Change Name On Nov. 24

Further to news on Nov. 17, 2004, ASC Industries Ltd.'s change of name is to be effective at the opening of the TSX Venture Exchange on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004, when the common shares of Acero-Martin Exploration Inc. (Cusip No. 00443T 10 1 and ISIN No. CA 00443T1012) will commence trading and the common shares of ASC Industries Ltd. (Cusip No. 001979 10 3) will have been delisted. The trading symbol of the company's new name will remain ASD.

The website address of the company of www.ascindustries.ca will be changed to reflect the company's new name.
