ASC Industries Completes First Hole at Pinaya

ASC Industries Ltd. has completed its first diamond drill hole to a depth of 222 metres on its Pinaya Property in Peru and has commenced its second hole. The core has been logged and split. Core samples have been sent to SGS Laboratories in Lima, Peru, for assay. The company has initiated a quality control program under the direct supervision of James McCrea, PGeo, an independent consultant.

The 2004 exploration program at Pinaya is being conducted and managed by Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd. under the direction of Jeff Reeder, PGeo, a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101.

Name change

The TSX Venture Exchange has approved the company's name change to Acero-Martin Exploration Inc. The company's trading symbol will remain as ASD. An effective date for the name change will be announced shortly.
