ASC Industries adds Dahrouge to board

Jody Dahrouge has been appointed a director of ASC Industries. Mr. Dahrouge, PGeol, is a graduate of the University of Alberta in geology and computer science. Mr. Dahrouge is the president and owner of Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd., which he has successfully operated since 1998. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Dahrouge was a geologist with Halferdahl & Associates Ltd. Mr. Dahrouge has maintained board positions on several public companies and is currently a director of Commerce Resources and Trivello Ventures.

The company further advises that it has reserved up to 550,000 incentive stock options to directors/insiders/employees of the company, all at an exercise price of 20 cents per share, and all exercisable over a five-year period, subject to regulatory approval.
