Acero-Martin Employees Safe and Development Continuing at Pinaya Project after Peru Earthquake

Acero-Martin Exploration Inc. (the “Company”) confirms that in the wake of the large earthquake that hit Peru on August 15th, all its employees and their immediate families are accounted for as safe and well. The earthquake epicenter was approximately 145 southeast of Lima and over 700 kilometers from the Pinaya project.

The Company’s ongoing development and exploration work at Pinaya has not been affected by the earthquake and is continuing as normal.

“We sincerely mourn the casualties and fatalities caused by this tragedy. We extend our most sincere condolences to those whose lives have been impacted as a result of the earthquake,” stated Donald Gee, the Company’s President and CEO.
